- SLP series sanitary rotor pump
1- SLP series rotor pump consists of two circumferential two-lobe rotors, which rotate synchronously in opposite directions in the chamber, maintaining a certain clearance. As the rotors rotate, the space between the rotors and the pump chamber is continuously filled with product, which is delivered to the outlet at a constant flow rate. The clearance between the rotor and the pump chamber is adjusted differently for different working conditions, which ensures the continuity and effectiveness of the conveyed product.
2- Adoption of modular design transmission gearbox, the same gearbox can meet at least two models of universal use.
3- The same type of mechanical seal can be used in at least two models.
4- The transmission gearbox adopts split design, which guarantees the support strength at the same time. Only need to replace the support seat, change the direction of the gear box, can realize the pump outlet up and down, left and right change, so as to meet the customer site adjustment of different working conditions.

- SLK series single-stage homogenizing emulsifying pumps
1- SLK series homogeneous emulsifying pump is a kind of multi-purpose product integrating mixing, dispersing, crushing, homogenizing, emulsifying and conveying, which is suitable for continuous production or circulating processing of fine materials. The core components are a pair of rotor, stator, according to different media and working conditions rotor, stator can be configured two, three, four layers. Different gaps and angles can be selected, and rely on the high speed rotation of the rotor and stator generated by the high linear velocity of the medium for hydraulic shear, extrusion and crushing, homogenization and emulsification.
2- Vertical structure design, with a certain degree of self-absorption, equipped with hopper can be realized on granular, powdery materials and liquid-phase media in the pump chamber to complete the direct mixing, dispersion, emulsification and delivery. Such as sugar, salt, food additives, etc. and water-liquid-phase media direct dosage.

- SLG series sanitary double screw pumps
1- It can gently transport high and low viscosity media, even non-fluid media and media with relatively high gas content, work at low and high temperatures, and still operate stably even under low NPSH working conditions. No pulse, low vibration, non-contacting twin-screw, avoiding residue after cleaning, very high efficiency.
2- Mechanical seal front mounted, more easy to dismantle.
3- Three-section pump chamber, including flange pump cover, screw pump casing and pump cover, this layout makes the existing pump chamber flexible to meet the form of interface and applicability to the installation system, and at the same time easy to install and maintain. The very small clearance reduces backflow and ensures that SLG Twin Screw Pumps have a very high working efficiency.
4- The availability of screws with different pitches (different pitches have different conveying characteristics) provides maximum flexibility for a very wide range of applications and efficiently meets all conveying requirements. The smaller the pitch, the higher the pressure the system can withstand and the higher the self-priming force.
5 - Selection of pump shafts with higher strength, suitable for strict working conditions, to ensure smooth operation and thus significantly extend the service life.
6 - Optimized bearings, even at very high axial pressure and speed can be stable operation. The optimized design of the gearbox and the lubricant circulation path ensures good lubrication of the bearings and prolongs their service life.

-SLH series dosage emulsifying pumps
SLH series batching emulsifying pump adopts vertical structure design, with self-absorption, equipped with hopper can realize mixing, dispersing, emulsifying and conveying of granular, powdery materials and liquid phase medium directly in the pump cavity. Such as sugar, salt, food additives, etc. and water-type liquid-phase media for direct dosage.

-SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump
1- NISSIN sanitary centrifugal pumps are in the form of single-stage, single-suction, open impeller, pump casing and impeller are carefully designed to minimize resistance loss and completely eliminate sanitary dead space.
2- It has excellent hygienic performance due to its special structure and easy cleaning. It can meet the conveying working condition where the products require hygienic performance.
3- It consists of standard motor, impeller, pump casing, stainless steel motor protection cover, adjustable stainless steel legs and sanitary mechanical seal with independent intellectual property rights.
4- The material of mechanical seal can be optional silicon carbide/silicon carbide (SiC-SiC), cemented carbide/carbide (TC/TC) according to different conveying media.

China Dairy Products Industry Association (CDPIA) was approved by the former Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China (PRC), and was formally established on June 6, 1995 with the approval of the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China (MOCA) on July 6, 1994 to register as an industry-based social organization.
