Model Description It is used for the transportation of solid particles and low-viscosity weak corrosive materials, such as the pre-treatment of wine saccharification fermentation liquid, wort and fruit juice pulp of food and beverage, and has certain hygienic requirements. It can also be used for general industrial water or drinking water treatment.

E series direct-coupled large flow pump
The ECP direct-coupled high-flow pump adopts direct connection between the motor and the pump shaft, and the installation adopts a simple load-bearing bracket. It has a simple structure, small size and light weight, convenient installation, easy movement, and high efficiency and energy saving.

Structural features ● ECP high-flow centrifugal pump is an end-suction single-stage pump, installed horizontally. The whole machine consists of four parts: pump, coupling, motor and chassis. The pump and the motor are connected through a coupling with an intermediate section. It is not necessary to move the pump body and the motor during maintenance. The pump shaft and the motor shaft are kept in good alignment for quick assembly. The pump body, pump cover, and bearing seat are all welded and processed by high-quality stainless steel plates. The impeller is a closed impeller. The hydraulic structure is optimized by CFD. The motor is an internationally renowned brand. The whole machine is highly efficient, energy-saving, and reliable in operation. ● ECP direct-coupled centrifugal pumps are single-stage end-suction pumps installed horizontally. The flow-passing parts are all made of 304 stainless steel precision casting, the pump and the motor are directly connected, the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, and it can be fixed or installed with a simple bracket. -

Technical parameter table and performance curve chart The performance curve is drawn by converting the actual measured value of a standard common three-phase motor at 50 Hz into the test data at the rated speed in clean water at room temperature at 20°C.
If the density and viscosity of the pumped liquid are greater than that of clean water at normal temperature during model selection, it is necessary to convert the pumping capacity of the actual liquid to configure the motor and impeller diameter. The tolerance complies with Appendix C of GB/T3216.
