SLP series sanitary rotor pump
1. The SLP series rotor pump consists of two circumferential two-lobe rotors that rotate synchronously in opposite directions in the chamber, maintaining a certain clearance. As the rotors rotate, the space between the rotors and the pump chamber is continuously filled with product, which is delivered to the outlet at a constant flow rate. The clearance around the rotor and the pump cavity is adjusted differently for different working conditions, which ensures the continuity and effectiveness of the conveyed product.
2. Modular design of the drive gearbox, the same gearbox can meet at least two models of common use.
3. The same mechanical seal can be used for at least two models.
4. The transmission gear box adopts split design to ensure the support strength at the same time. By changing the support seat and gearbox direction, the pump outlet can be changed up and down, left and right to meet the adjustment of different working conditions at the customer's site.
SCPH series new self-priming pump
1. SCPH self-priming pump is a new type of self-priming pump designed and manufactured according to EHEDG and 3A sanitary standards and using new technology principles. The main hydraulic parts of this pump consist of spiral guide wheel, centrifugal impeller, composite pump chamber, pump cover and return pipe, with hygienic design of over liquid parts and high quality stainless steel plate stretching for the composite pump chamber and pump cover etc.

SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump
1. NISSIN sanitary centrifugal pumps are in the form of single-stage, single-suction, open impeller, with carefully designed pump casing and impeller, low resistance loss, and complete elimination of sanitary dead space.
2. Due to its special structure and easy to clean, it has excellent sanitary performance. It can meet the conveying conditions of products with sanitary performance requirements.

SLH series homogeneous emulsification pump
1. The rotor clearance can be designed individually according to the viscosity of different materials, particle size and the process requirements of mixing, homogenization and emulsification to be achieved.
2. The number of stator stages can be used independently or in combination of 1, 2 and 3 stages according to different process requirements.
