    Structural features

SCPH series new self-priming pump is a new type of self-priming pump designed and manufactured in strict accordance with domestic and foreign sanitary standards and using new technology principles. The main hydraulic parts of the pump are composed of a spiral guide wheel, a centrifugal impeller, a composite pump chamber, a pump cover and a return pipe. The motor adopts a well-known imported brand motor. The whole machine is small in size, light in weight, easy to move and stable in performance.

Compared with the traditional CIP return pump, it has outstanding advantages such as high efficiency, low noise and good adaptability (the diameter of the centrifugal impeller of the same pump can be cut to meet the needs of different working conditions).

Technical parameter table and performance curve chart

The performance curve is converted from the actual measured value of a standard common three-phase motor with two poles and 50 Hz in clean water at 20°C to the rated value
The test data at the rotational speed is plotted.
If the density and viscosity of the pumped liquid are greater than that of clean water at room temperature during model selection, it needs to be converted into the ability to pump the actual liquid to configure the motor
    and impeller diameter.

The tolerance complies with Appendix C of GB/T3216.
