• SCP series sanitary centrifugal pump

1• NISSIN sanitary centrifugal pumps are in the form of single-stage, single-suction, and open impellers. The pump casing and impellers are carefully designed to reduce resistance loss and completely eliminate sanitary dead ends.

2• Due to its special structure and easy cleaning, it has excellent hygienic performance. It can meet the conveying conditions that the product requires for hygienic performance.

3• It is composed of standard motor, impeller, pump casing, stainless steel motor protection cover, adjustable stainless steel feet and hygienic mechanical seal with independent intellectual property rights.

4• The mechanical seal material can be selected from silicon carbide/silicon carbide (SiC-SiC) and hard alloy/hard alloy (TC/TC) according to different conveying media.

• SCPH series new self-priming pump

1• SCPH self-priming pump is a new type of self-priming pump designed and manufactured according to EHEDG and 3A hygienic standards and using new technology principles. The main hydraulic parts of the pump are composed of a spiral guide wheel, a centrifugal impeller, a composite pump chamber, a pump cover and a return pipe.

2• Compared with the traditional CIP return pump, it has the outstanding advantages of high efficiency, low noise and good adaptability. The mechanical seal adopts a balanced structure design to meet the requirements of a hygienic self-flushing structure.

• SLP series sanitary lobe pump

1• The SLP series rotary lobe pump consists of two circular bilobe rotors, which rotate in opposite directions synchronously in the chamber and maintain a certain gap. When the rotor rotates, the space between the rotor and the pump chamber is continuously filled with product, and the product is delivered to the outlet at a constant flow rate. The surrounding clearance between the rotor and the pump chamber is adjusted differently for different working conditions, which ensures the continuity and effectiveness of conveying products.

2• The transmission gearbox adopts a modular design, and the same gearbox can meet the universal use of at least two models.

3• The same mechanical seal can be used in at least two models.

4• The transmission gearbox adopts a split design to ensure the supporting strength at the same time. Only need to replace the support seat and change the direction of the gear box, the pump outlet can be changed up and down, left and right, so as to meet the adjustment of different working conditions at the customer site.

• SLH series homogeneous emulsification pump

1• The rotor-stator gap can be individually designed according to the viscosity, particle size and process requirements of mixing, homogenization and emulsification of different materials.

2• According to different technological requirements, the stages of rotor and stator can be used independently or in combination.
