SLRP series pumps are specially designed to handle gas containing fluid materials. These pumps can be widely used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and similar demanding applications. Especially used as return pump in clean-in-place (CIP) systems.

The pump is an end-suction single-stage pump, installed horizontally. The four adjustable legs can be adjusted in height or level according to the site ground without fixing, and the pump inlet and outlet are vertically aligned for easy installation. The stainless steel cover at the motor end effectively protects the safety of the motor, and the motor is an internationally renowned brand. ● SLRP (ELRP) sanitary self-priming pump is designed with an open star impeller and a closed side channel. It has the function of gas-liquid mixed delivery and self-priming. It can transport high-gas content and low-viscosity fluid. It is widely used in CIP return system . ● Shaft seal: single end balanced mechanical seal. -

Technical parameter table and performance curve chart The performance curve is converted from the actual measured value of a standard ordinary three-phase motor with four poles and 50 Hz in clean water at 20°C to the rated value. The test data at the rotational speed is plotted. If the density and viscosity of the pumped liquid are greater than that of clean water at normal temperature during model selection, it is necessary to convert the pumping capacity of the actual liquid to configure the motor. The tolerance complies with Appendix C of GB/T3216.
